I’ve had a long and winding road managing my oily skin and acne/scarring problems. I’ve been on various acne regimes; facial soaps, Doxycyclin, antiseptic facial wash, Retinoic Acid cream and more. The problem recurred after stopping this regime every time, making me so frustrated. I’ve also fought the battle with batteries of skin care products from low range to mid to high end stuff. Mustika Ratu, Johnson & Johnson, Avon, Nutri Metics, Estee Lauder – I’ve tried them all. My skin's greasy surface just couldn't be managed completely. De Wajah and Nouvelle Visage although have been claimed by some to be super whitening skin care only made my complexion unbalanced with white spots at exposed areas. 6. Goods sold are not returnable unless proven defective due to postage. I will personally check all goods before postage to make sure they are in perfect condition. Please keep the purchase receipt in such cases. Returns must be made within 1 week of receipt of goods.

7. Unless stated or requested, all purchase will be sent out by Poslaju service. I will maintain the tracking number for reference. I will not be held responsible for any damage or loss during postage.

FAQ'S

1. Are your products new and authentic?

We only sell new (unless stated otherwise) and original/authentic products.

Batch code can be found printed on all cosmetic and skincare products. It identifies and indicates the manufactured date of the product.

Expiry date of product is usually three (3) years from the manufactured date.

2. Why do you sell trial size?

Firstly, we want our price to be affordable.

Trial size is important to test your suitability to a particular skin care.

These items are also convenient for travellers. Sample size is light to carry and minimize space in the luggage bag since it adheres to airline regulations

The cost of a trial size item is also MUCH CHEAPER than the same amount in a regular size item !

This means we can buy double or triple the quantity with the same amount of money.

3. How do you get your items much cheaper than retail price?

We bought most of items from our stockists who are among major importers of branded cosmetics, so they can buy the goods in bulk at low prices and sell them at promotional prices.

4. Why is it that you can sell the products at such low prices?

Most of our products are in trial size which is definitely cheaper because of less shipping costs. We also buy from selected stockists which have direct network connection with the country of origin of the products, thus they are able to save and cut down on cost incurred with middlemen

5. Why is the colour different from your photos?

There may be some slight color variation in the product between the website and the actual product due to your monitor setting. Our original photos could also vary due to lighting and setting of our camera. We will try our best to reflect the truest colour as much as possible.
